How can I lower my cholesterol?

To help with cholesterol issues eat 2-3 organic eggs each day cooked in coconut oil or real butter. Take 500mg of red yeast rice daily. Exercise at least 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes per day.

What can I do to for a swollen prostate?
